Creating an account achieves several things:

• It will send you an email with details of how to set your password.
• It then gives you full access to the system for 24 hours so that you can immediately start your evaluation.
• It notifies us of your interest but we will not contact you unless you have asked for more info in the "Other information" field.

The "Company / affiliation" and "Address" fields are optional.

The "Other information" field can be used to indicate things such as that your company / organisation already has a licence to which you should be added, that colleagues who will also be involved in the evaluation, or that you already anticipate that you will need a longer evaluation period.

NEW Academics can now have free access to SpotRM but must describe their affiliation and deserving motives. Approval will normally last for six months after which you need to reapply.
